UltraCoverPlus, the industry-leading support package offered on Magicard Professional series ID card printers, is now 50% longer at 3 years.
UltraCoverPlus empowers Magicard users to keep on producing ID badges whatever the circumstances, by offering Direct Support and Advice from the manufacturer of Magicard ID card printers, Ultra Electronics, on any subject related to use of your Magicard ID card printer. UltraCoverPlus also eliminates printer downtime with the printer loaner service, if required while your printer is being repaired. Lastly UltracoverPlus covers the free replacement of any defective printhead, whatever the cause of failure.
As of 1 July 2007, any new Magicard Professional ID card printer will come with 3 years UltraCoverPlus support. This applies to the Magicard Professional series printers :
Professional series Magicard ID card printers already in use continue to be covered by their current 2 year UltraCoverPlus warranty.
