Magicard Rio2e and Tango2e Discontinued
The New Magicard Rio Pro was introduced at the start of 2011 as the replacement model ID card printer for the Magicard Rio 2e and Tango 2e printers.
To allow for a smooth transition to the new Rio Pro, the Rio 2e and Tango 2e have been available for an overlap period, but production of the Rio 2e and Tango 2e ID card printers will be stopped by the end of June 2011. The only exception to this is the Rio XXL (large format printer) which will continue in production until further notice.
The Rio / Tango 1 first came out in 2001, and then continued on as the Rio / Tango 2 in 2005 and Rio / Tango 2e in 2006.
Following the success of the Rio and Tango Magicard ID card printers, the Magicard Rio Pro offers all the features and more of the Rio and Tango including:
