Evolis presents a partnership with VISUCARD® Range, tools designed to control plastic ID card printing and personalization while analyzing the content of contact smart cards, contactless cards and new form factors, based on Payment Schemes’ specifications, including EMV. VISUCARD® products are especially dedicated to personalization bureaus and card issuers.
VISUCARD® allows content analysis and personalization quality control of multi-application EMV cards and combined with the Evolis Quantum 2 ID card printer, is a fully automated solution which enables banks to qualify large batches of cards before starting a mass-production of plastic card printing.

Performing tests:
Card Check module designed for production environments like an ID card system.
Card Expertise module displays data, structures and test results in various meaningful views (tag, tree view, APDU).
Qualification module performs regression testing from a batch of PVC plastic cards previously checked and saved (card image database).
Preparing the test environment:
Card Profile Edition creates and manages card profiles from templates or real cards.
Validation Rule Edition defines a new set of rules, or brings some specifications to a set of reference Validation Rules.
Configuration to set up test execution parameters of hardware and membership softwares.
