Evolis announces the upcoming discontinuation of the Tattoo2 desktop plastic ID card printer, which will no longer be available after December 31, 2011.

The Zenius ID card printer available in Classic and Expert models will replace the Tattoo2. The Zenius Expert model comes with USB and Ethernet links, as well as multiple encoding options and represents a great leap forward in ID card printing technology with its unmatched ergonomics, noticeable decrease in energy consumption and vastly improved performance.

Both, consumables and printer parts for the Tattoo2 will remain available after the discontinuation.
