Jolly Technology's Lobby Track Enterprise Edition photo ID software is perfect for organizations with multiple sites or workstations, who require both centralized data management, and security parameters to protect their data and facilities. A card designer component is included with Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition, enabling easy and efficient design of visitor passes and ID badges and almost any Microsoft Windows-compatible plastic ID card printer or standard printer can be used to issue PVC or paper badges of any size.
The Jolly Lobby Track Corporate Edition offers fast and easy registration. You can use a card data scanner to read the information on a driver's license or government ID, allowing for typo-free data entry, and photo and signature data can be included as well. Check-in and registration can be made even faster by employing Lobby Track Enterprise Edition's 'Kiosk Mode', which allows registrants to perform this process themselves, while being guided through it with step-by-step instructions. The optional Lobby Track Online Registration Module enables the registering and management of visitors online.
The Card Designer Center provides a step-by-step setup wizard, and sample design library, which can quickly help you get started with your applications. Create single or dual-sided designs simply by clicking on elements such as text, images, shapes, barcodes, and magnetic stripes, to insert and position them on your cards. You can also import and edit your photos and images to your needs. Photos can easily be acquired from any Microsoft Windows TWAIN- or WIA-compliant digital ID camera or scanner during the card issuance process.
Jolly's Lobby Track Enterprise Edition is highly flexible because it uses an open data format, so in a few clicks, you can maintain live connections to various databases. Link to your employee, visitor, and contractor databases, and/or databases such as Microsoft Access, Excel and text-based files. You can also connect to Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and ODBC / OLE. Built around today's powerful Microsoft SQL Server 2005 technology, the Jolly Company Server also provides for increased program performance and data reliability.
Jolly Lobby Track Photo ID Software Enterprise Edition features several built-in reports that can be generated (e.g., Who Is In / Evacuation, Cardholder History, Time & Attendance, etc.) based on information that has been logged. You may customize your own logs and reports that can be saved and used again. All logs and reports are both printable and exportable. Charts can be configured by time, date, location and cardholder group, and can be displayed in bar-, stacked- or line-graph form.
Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition can track your physical assets (e.g., hardware, equipment, etc.) in and out of your facilities. Detailed history logs and reports can be generated so that you're always aware of where your equipment is and with whom. With Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition, you can set up password protection on your files to prevent unauthorized viewing or usage, and create user logins to make data management and ID card printing more secure.
