These 100% biodegradable PVC cards are just as durable and reliable as traditional PVC cards, but without the harmful environmental effects caused by using regular PVC. While traditional PVC cards are non biodegradable, BIOPVC cards completely biodegrade within one to five years!
BIO-PVC cards will biodegradade only when in fertile environments where microorganisms are present, such as in compost, dirt, and landfills.
BIO-PVC ID cards biodegrade in both aerobic and anaerobic environments as long as they are free to interact with the microorganisms present, so remember to never put BIO-PVC ID cards in plastic non-biodegradable bags when throwing them out!
